COMPETITOR PASS	One per competitor (in band uniform) for all events (except the Gala Concert) Competitor passes must be pre-ordered by email to states2010@qba.org.au . Competitors passes will be allocated to each band depending on the number of competitors in that band and the payment of the applicable fee. The Competitor Passes can be picked up from the Festival office.	$4.00	-
