Player Registration Application Form

Registration Application and Permit Forms for any competition should be sent to:

The QBA Registrar, (Roger Roache), 44 Jingellic Drive, Buderim, 4556. (not the QBA P.O. address)

Permits and Registrations for the National Championships, when held in other states, must go to the QBA Registrar not the interstate band association. These permit applications can only be checked by our Registrar as the interstate associations do not hold records of registrations for Queensland bands. The QBA Registrar will complete the sign in sheets and send them to contest organisers.

Player Registration Declaration for State or District competitions is not available from this web. Each band must pick up a Declaration from the QBA office at the competition prior to the sign-on.

The registration procedure for State & District competitions is that:

Player registrations are sent, by each Band Secretary, to the QBA Registrar before 42 days prior to the competition.

Permit applications are sent, by each Band Secretary, to the QBA Registrar before 14 days prior to the competition.

The QBA Registrar prints a list of all registered and permit players for the Band Secretaries to pick up from the contest office, at the competition, prior to the band going on stage.

The Band Secretary checks the list at the competition, and has all registered and permit players sign next to their name and then hands the signed list back at the contest office before the band goes on stage to compete.
