QBA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Queensland Band Association Inc. will be held on Saturday 1 August 2009 at the Sunnybank Brass Band Hall, Granadilla Street, Macgregor commencing at 2:30pm.

A Nomination form for positions on the Management Committee, including all Executive Positions, is on this web (click here). Please consider having a representative from your organisation on the management committee so as to maximise the representation from all Queensland bands.

The voting proxy form for your organisation is also on this web. In order to adhere to the Constitution, there must be a majority of organisations present - that is, half the number of financial associations plus one. If you are not able to have a representative in attendance at the AGM, could you please complete the proxy form (any of the present committee members can be your proxy) and send it back to the QBA Secretary as soon as possible at PO Box 573 Lutwyche QLD. 4030 or Email: a.ries@optusnet.com.au.

Saves changing web address if your Secretary changes or you need to change ISP due to change of address or change of job.
